Your Astrological Health
Discover the Healing Tools Hidden in Your Birth Chart
Most people know their star sign. Some know their Moon sign. A few know their Ascendant. But very few people realise their birth chart can become a practical guide for looking after their health.
That's why I wrote my book Your Astrological Health.
After more than 35 years working as a Registered Nurse, mostly in Intensive Care, I saw people arrive when their bodies were already struggling. Many wished they had recognised the warning signs earlier.
Medical astrology offers another way of looking at health. It isn't about replacing your doctor. It's about understanding yourself better and learning how to support your body before it asks for your attention.
Your body is unique...
...so why would everyone need exactly the same health advice?
Your birth chart is unique. It tells the story of your strengths, your challenges and the parts of your body that may need a little extra care throughout life.
That's why Your Astrological Health isn't organised like a typical astrology book.
Instead, each star sign includes practical information you can use every day.
Inside each sign you'll find:
A sign profile
A real-life case study
The body organs linked to that sign
How to recognise when you're out of balance
Simple ways to manage stress
Daily health tips
Your best day and number
A personal mantra
Alongside this are recommendations that support each sign naturally, including:
Nutrition
Herbs
Minerals
Vitamins
Aromatherapy
Ayurveda
Bach Flower Remedies
Colour Therapy
Crystals
Chakras
Tissue Salts
The idea is simple. Read the chapters for your Sun, Moon and Ascendant signs. Take what resonates. Create your own guide for daily living.
Small choices really do matter
One of my favourite quotes from the book is:
"Daily healthy choices maintain correct psychological, spiritual and emotional functioning, which promotes physical wellness."
Health isn't usually built by one big decision. It's built by the little choices we make every day. Choosing foods that nourish us. Managing stress before it builds. Making time to rest. Listening to our bodies. These small habits create the foundation for long-term wellbeing.
Your chart can give you clues
One of the most fascinating parts of medical astrology is that it can highlight where stress is building before it becomes obvious. As I explain in the book, many conditions begin with emotional or psychological disharmony long before physical symptoms appear. Your chart can't replace medical care, but it can encourage you to become more aware of yourself and the patterns in your life. Awareness is often the first step towards positive change.
Every sign has its own wisdom
Each sign has its own daily reminders.
For example, Leo is ruled by the Sun, making Sunday its power day and 1 its number.
Leo's mantra is:
"I give from my heart, so I need to support my heart health."
During Aquarius, I encourage people to think about supporting the nervous system through good nutrition. Foods naturally rich in minerals such as magnesium and potassium can become part of a balanced lifestyle.
And Sagittarius reminds us of something we could all benefit from remembering:
"For a long life, all things in moderation."
Sometimes the simplest advice is the most powerful.
Work with your nature, not against it
This is really the heart of the book. We're all different. Some people thrive on routine. Others need creativity. Some need grounding. Others need to slow their busy minds. When you understand your own nature, you stop trying to fit into someone else's wellness plan. Instead, you begin creating one that works for you.
A guide for daily living
I wrote Your Astrological Health to be a book you return to again and again. Keep it beside your bed. Pick it up when life feels out of balance. Read the chapters for your Sun, Moon and Ascendant signs. Take what resonates. Leave what doesn't. Over time you'll begin to understand yourself in a whole new way. My hope has always been to give people practical tools that help them live healthier, happier lives. I hope this book continues doing exactly that—helping people discover that some of the best answers begin with understanding themselves.
Your birth chart is unique. Your approach to health should be too.
If you'd like to discover the healing tools hidden in your birth chart, Your Astrological Health is available now. And if you don't yet know your Sun, Moon and Ascendant signs, I'd be delighted to help you find them.
